Adscarry may issue promotional offers at its sole discretion. All vouchers are subject to availability, eligibility criteria, usage limits, and any additional terms stated at the time of issuance. Unless expressly stated otherwise, vouchers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for money or credit.

1. Definitions

For purposes of this Policy:

• Voucher means any promotional code, discount code, shipping offer, or similar incentive issued by Adscarry or an authorized seller.

• Eligible Order means an order that satisfies all conditions required for redemption of a voucher.

4. Redemption Process

7. Discount Calculation

If a voucher provides a discount:

• The discount may be applied before or after taxes, fees, or shipping charges, depending on the campaign terms.

• Percentage-based discounts may be subject to a maximum discount amount.

• Fixed discounts may be allocated across multiple items in a cart according to the platform’s calculation method.

• Partial refunds may reduce the amount of voucher benefit attributable to the refunded items.

Adscarry’s calculation of the voucher discount shall be final for platform purposes, subject to mandatory law.

8. Expiry and Withdrawal

All vouchers are subject to an expiry date unless expressly stated otherwise. Expired vouchers are automatically void and may not be reinstated.

Adscarry reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or cancel any voucher, offer, or campaign at any time, with or without notice, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse

Adscarry may void any voucher, reverse any associated benefit, suspend account access, or take other appropriate action where it reasonably suspects:

• Fraud or attempted fraud.

• Creation of multiple accounts to obtain repeated promotional benefits.

• Circumvention of redemption rules.

• Manipulation of checkout or promotional systems.

• Use of bots, scripts, or automated methods.

• Any other abuse of promotional terms.

Any voucher obtained or used in violation of this Policy may be cancelled without liability to Adscarry.

10. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

If an order paid using a voucher is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the treatment of the voucher may depend on the campaign terms and the status of the order. In general:

• Voucher value may not be refunded in cash.

• Voucher value may not be reissued after use.

• Refunds, where approved, may be limited to the amount actually paid by the user.

• If an order is partially refunded, the voucher benefit may be proportionately adjusted.

Adscarry is not obligated to reissue a voucher unless expressly stated in the campaign terms or required by law.

11. Seller-Specific Offers

Some promotions may be issued by sellers rather than directly by Adscarry. In such cases:

• The seller remains responsible for the accuracy of the offer details they provide.

• The seller’s own conditions may apply in addition to this Policy.

• Adscarry may remove or suspend seller offers that are misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with platform standards.

12. No Guarantee of Availability

Adscarry does not guarantee that any voucher, discount, or promotional offer will remain available for any period of time. Offers may be limited by inventory, geographic region, account status, or campaign budget.

13. Policy Changes

Adscarry may amend this Policy at any time by posting an updated version on the platform. Continued use of any voucher or promotional feature after the updated version is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
