We at Adscarry ensure quality products delivered on time. However, there might be mishaps. In case of those mishaps we allow our buyers to return their bought items to the sellers. In some special cases and conditions we also provide a refund.
Adscarry does not accept returns always. Here are some valid reasons to return any item bought by using Adscarry e-commerce platform and get your refund. You are eligible to return if the delivered product is,
Damaged physically(eg. Broken or disassembled products).
Defective(eg. The device or gadget doesn’t switch on).
Missing some of its items or accessories.
Incorrect. By this we mean that the product was fake, wrong size, color or look or expired.
Mismatched i.e. the product delivered did not perfectly match with its description, picture or advertisement.
Misfit i.e. the product is not appropriate and is not fitting with its needs eg. inappropriate size or not suitable.
Following are the important restraints that must be fulfilled before submitting an application for return and refund.
Return of products is possible within 14 days from delivery date.
(Fresh Groceries like vegetables and fruits can be returned in the same day from the delivery date only.)
The electric appliances that are already used or have surpassed the return limit, should be checked with their brand warranties for return policy.
The product to be returned should be unused completely.
For clothes and accessories that must need to be tried on for checking the size and material, we consider them to be unworn if tried once with their tags on and are unwashed.
Before returning any type of product make sure that it has its tag still attached. Products without their respective tags will not be returned.
The user manual, freebies, warranty card if any, accessories, and respective invoice should be sent along with the returned product or else your request won’t proceed.
The packaging box of your product must be intact if you intend to return. So make sure to store the original manufacturer’s or dealer’s box in a safe and sound manner. You must return the product in that same packaging or box. No stickers or changes should be made with the package. If you received the product in Adscarry packaging, keep that with you for returning.
Change of mind is not accepted in any case.
For electronic gadgets like phones and tablets, Adscarry won’t assist you with return if you already activated the device. You are eligible to return if and only if the device was dead when it reached your destination.
If your product does not meet any of the requirements and conditions mentioned above, then we will immediately return your product to you. In this case Adscarry reserves its right to reject your refund applications.
In case of not meeting the requirements your product will reach you again in a maximum of 6 working days. However, in case of maximum 3 failed deliveries, the shipment will be automatically shifted to scrap and no refund will be done.

Fashion and Beauty: Clothing, accessories, apparels, hair accessories, hand bags, tote bags, sunglasses, makeup and shoes.
Skincare and Health: Body wash, Shampoos, Cleansers, Perfumes, Toners, Medicines, Surgical instruments etc.
Electrical Appliances: Washing machines, kitchen gadgets and machines etc.
Entertainment: Gaming devices, TV, audio and video devices etc.
Grocery: Fresh and stored vegetables, lentils, fruits, bread, barley etc.
Home Interior: Furniture, cupboards, bed linen, home cleaning agents, detergents, laundry etc.
Children’s Corner: Baby cribs, baby body care essentials, toys etc.
Sports and Innerwear: sports kit, footballs, shapewears, undergarments, gym wear etc.
Travel Accessories: Travel kits, encyclopedias, travel suits, track suits etc.
Other Categories: medical supplies, DIY tools, Pet essentials, stationary and more.
We allow returns on these products until and unless the conditions mentioned above are met. Otherwise we advise you to refer to the warranty plan of the brand if any.
