This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Adscarry, operated by ADSCARRY LLC. By placing an order on adscarry.com, you agree to the terms of this Policy, along with any applicable seller-specific policies, product warranties, and platform rules.
Adscarry is an online marketplace that connects buyers and independent sellers, brands, and vendors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, return and refund requests are reviewed based on this Policy, the applicable seller policy, the condition of the product, and any supporting evidence provided.
This Policy is designed to explain when a product may be returned, how a refund may be processed, what conditions must be met, and how disputes are handled within the Adscarry marketplace.
Not every order is eligible for return. Approval depends on the reason for return, the product category, the time of request, and whether the product meets the conditions described below.
A return request may be eligible if the delivered product is:
Damaged during shipping or delivery.
Defective or not functioning as described.
Missing parts, accessories, or components.
Incorrect, including wrong size, color, model, variation, or quantity.
Counterfeit or not genuine where authenticity was advertised.
Significantly different from the product description, listing, or images.
Expired, where the item has an expiration date.
Incomplete compared to what was ordered.
Adscarry may request photographs, videos, order details, or other supporting documentation to verify the issue before approving a return.
Unless a different timeframe is shown on the product page or seller policy, return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
For fresh grocery and perishable products, any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery due to the nature of those goods.
For digital products, downloadable content, gift cards, vouchers, software licenses, and other electronically delivered items, returns are generally not available unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
To qualify for a return, the product must meet all applicable conditions below:
The product must be in the same condition in which it was received, except for reasonable inspection or fitting where applicable.
The product must not be intentionally damaged, altered, modified, or misused after delivery.
Original packaging should be retained whenever possible and returned with the product.
All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, promotional items, gifts, and invoices must be included.
Serial numbers, tags, labels, and security seals must remain intact where applicable.
The product must comply with the return requirements of its specific category.
Adscarry reserves the right to inspect the returned item before approving any refund, replacement, or exchange.
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Customized or personalized products.
Digital products and software licenses.
Gift cards and vouchers.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.
Products returned without required accessories, packaging, or components.
Items with removed tags, labels, or security seals.
Products showing signs of excessive use beyond normal inspection.
Hygiene-sensitive products where packaging has been opened, unless defective.
For smartphones, tablets, laptops, computers, and other electronic devices:
Devices damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.
Products that have been activated, rooted, jailbroken, altered, or modified after delivery may not qualify for return.
Defects discovered after the return window may be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty rather than this Policy.
Warranty claims remain subject to the respective brand’s terms and conditions.
If an electronic device is found to be dead on arrival or defective upon delivery, the buyer must report the issue within the applicable return window.
Fashion items, including clothing, footwear, and accessories, may be returned if they are:
Unworn and unwashed.
Returned with original tags attached.
Returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.
Reasonable fitting or size checking is permitted and will not by itself be treated as use, provided the item remains clean, undamaged, and resalable.
Adscarry generally does not accept returns based solely on:
Change of mind.
No longer needing the product.
Ordering by mistake.
Finding a lower price elsewhere.
An exception may apply only where a seller explicitly offers a change-of-mind return policy on the product page or in writing.
To initiate a return, the buyer should:
Log in to the Adscarry account.
Open the relevant order.
Submit a return request or contact customer support.
Provide the reason for the return and any required evidence.
Wait for review and approval.
Follow the return instructions provided after approval.
The return address may be the seller’s designated return address or another location specified by Adscarry or the seller. Buyers must follow the shipping instructions issued for the specific return.
Failure to provide the requested information may delay or prevent processing.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds may be issued as follows:
Refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method where possible.
In some cases, refunds may be provided as Adscarry Wallet credit or another approved method.
Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, and financial institution involved.
Typical processing time is 7 to 14 business days after approval, though actual timing may vary.
If a return is approved because of a seller error, damaged item, defective product, or incorrect shipment, return shipping costs may be covered by the seller or Adscarry, subject to review.
If a return is approved under a special seller policy, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
If the return is rejected due to buyer fault, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping or re-delivery charges.
A return request may be rejected if:
It is submitted outside the allowed return period.
The product does not meet return eligibility requirements.
The item was damaged after delivery due to customer action.
Required packaging, accessories, or components are missing.
The product shows signs of use beyond permitted inspection.
Fraudulent activity, abuse, or misuse of the return system is suspected.
If a return is rejected, the product may be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s cost where applicable.
If a buyer and seller disagree about a return or refund request, Adscarry may review the available evidence and make a decision in accordance with marketplace rules and internal review procedures.
Adscarry may request additional documentation from either party before making a final decision. Any decision made after review may be treated as final for platform purposes, subject to rights available under applicable law.
Adscarry may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes become effective upon publication on the platform unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted means you accept the revised Policy.
