You may use Adscarry only if you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using Adscarry, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
Certain features of the platform may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

All activities that occur under your account.
You must notify Adscarry immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

Adscarry provides the digital infrastructure for buyers and sellers to interact. Except where expressly stated in writing, Adscarry is not the buyer, seller, distributor, reseller, manufacturer, warehouse operator, or carrier of user-listed products or services.
Transactions between buyers and sellers are generally concluded directly between those parties, subject to the applicable platform rules and any third-party service terms.
If you purchase products or services through Adscarry, you agree to:
Review all product listings carefully before placing an order.
Verify the authenticity, compatibility, condition, and suitability of the item or service.
Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details.
Comply with the applicable payment obligations.
Review and understand applicable return, refund, shipping, and cancellation policies.
Adscarry is not responsible for losses caused by a buyer’s failure to review listing details, disclaimers, or seller terms before purchase.
If you register or operate as a seller, you agree to:
Provide truthful, accurate, lawful, and complete information.
Ensure product listings are not misleading, deceptive, or unlawful.
Maintain adequate inventory, pricing accuracy, and delivery readiness.
Use lawful business practices and comply with all applicable regulations.
Respond to buyer inquiries, complaints, and disputes in good faith.
Ensure that any media, descriptions, and claims associated with your products or services are accurate and properly authorized.
You are solely responsible for your listings, business operations, customer service, tax compliance, and fulfillment obligations.
You may not use Adscarry to list, sell, advertise, promote, or facilitate any product or conduct that is unlawful, restricted, or prohibited by Adscarry policy or applicable law. Without limitation, prohibited items and conduct include:
Alcohol, wine, beer, pork, or products related to such items where restricted by applicable law or platform policy.
Counterfeit goods, stolen goods, or infringing products.
Fraud, scams, identity theft, spamming, phishing, or deceptive practices.
Hate speech, harassment, racism, bigotry, pornography, or obscene content.
Money laundering, gambling, predatory lending, or interest-based lending where prohibited.
Any activity that threatens the security, integrity, sovereignty, or lawful operation of the platform or any user.
Prices displayed on the platform may be updated at any time. All users are responsible for understanding applicable taxes, duties, fees, and charges related to their transactions. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment service providers, and such providers may impose their own terms and security requirements.
Adscarry is not responsible for delays, failures, reversals, chargebacks, or other issues caused by payment processors or financial institutions outside our reasonable control.
Delivery timelines are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping, packaging, delivery, tracking, return shipping, and fulfillment responsibility may rest with the seller, logistics partner, or other third party involved in the transaction.
Adscarry is not responsible for delay, loss, misdelivery, damage, customs clearance issues, or non-delivery caused by third-party logistics failures, inaccurate address information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Return and refund eligibility may depend on the seller’s policy, product category, platform rules, and applicable law. Users should review return and refund conditions before purchase or listing.
Where disputes arise between buyers and sellers, Adscarry may, at its discretion, facilitate communication or review supporting records. However, unless expressly stated otherwise, Adscarry does not guarantee the outcome of any dispute.
You may submit or upload content to Adscarry, including product descriptions, images, videos, audio, reviews, suggestions, and messages. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to do so and that the content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
You grant Adscarry a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the platform.
All intellectual property rights in Adscarry, including software, text, graphics, logos, icons, trademarks, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to ADSCARRY LLC. No rights are granted to users except as expressly stated in these Terms.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform or its content without our prior written consent.
Users must act lawfully, respectfully, and in good faith. You must not:
Upload harmful or unlawful content.
Abuse or harass other users.
Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
Tamper with data, listings, or platform operations.
Misuse user data or platform features.
We may remove content or restrict access where we reasonably determine that a violation has occurred.
We aim to provide continuous platform availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, network interruptions, cyber incidents, or other events beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adscarry provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adscarry and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from or relating to your use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adscarry and its affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the platform.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of law or third-party rights.
Content or listings you submit.
Your business operations or transactions on the platform.
Adscarry shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, cyberattacks, war, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, or failures of third-party service providers.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective when posted on the platform unless otherwise stated. Continued use of Adscarry after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Adscarry’s operations, subject to any mandatory laws that apply in a relevant jurisdiction. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts or forums having jurisdiction over the matter, unless otherwise required by law.
