This Shipping Information page explains how orders are processed, dispatched, tracked, and delivered through Adscarry. Our goal is to provide a secure, timely, and reliable delivery experience for customers across Pakistan.
After you place an order, the seller or fulfillment team begins processing it for dispatch. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, seller location, order volume, and verification requirements.
In most cases, sellers require 1 to 2 business days to prepare and hand over an order for shipment. Delivery time begins once the package has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location, the product type, and the courier service used.
Major cities such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Faisalabad: typically 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
Other cities and towns: typically 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Remote or rural areas: delivery may take up to 10 business days after dispatch.
These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by weather, public holidays, logistical delays, route disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping fees are calculated based on several factors, including:
Product weight and size.
Delivery destination.
Seller-specific shipping rules.
Courier or fulfillment method selected for the order.
The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Some products may qualify for free shipping, depending on promotional offers, seller policies, or order value.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may become available in your Adscarry account or by email.
To track your order, you may need:
Your Order ID.
The email address used during checkout.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 12 to 24 hours after the package is handed over to the courier or logistics partner. In some cases, tracking updates may take longer to appear depending on the delivery provider.
Adscarry may use its own fulfillment network and third-party courier partners to ship orders safely and efficiently. Depending on the destination and order type, delivery may be handled by one or more logistics providers.
We work to ensure that parcels are handled securely, properly labeled, and delivered in accordance with the applicable shipping method selected for the order.
Cash on Delivery, where available, will be clearly shown at checkout. If your order qualifies for COD, you must pay the exact amount mentioned on the official order or invoice at the time of delivery.
For security purposes:
Please only hand over payment to the authorized delivery agent.
Do not pay any additional amount unless it is clearly stated on the order.
Keep your proof of payment or delivery receipt for your records.
A complete and accurate delivery address is required for successful shipment. Please make sure your address includes:
Full name.
House number, street, area, and city.
Correct postal code, if applicable.
A working phone number.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical delivery address is required for all orders.
If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unreachable recipient, refusal to accept the parcel, or repeated delivery failure, the shipment may be returned, held, or marked undeliverable.
Additional shipping fees may apply if the parcel must be resent, returned to origin, or redelivered.
Although we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact support with your Order ID and registered email address.
At this time, Adscarry primarily serves customers within Pakistan. International shipping may not be available for all products or sellers unless specifically stated on the product page.
Sellers are expected to pack products appropriately to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Packaging should be suitable for the product type, secure, and compliant with the applicable shipping standards.
If a product is received damaged due to improper packaging, you may be able to request review under our Return and Refund Policy.
